The product is good, it does what it says, however I am disappointed that from 3 items I only received 2(can be seen in the video) and I couldn't contact the seller to solve the issue. This is the reason for writing this review, because I had no other way to let the seller know about this. Other than that, the product is good, I like it , this is the reason I have ordered 3...hopefully the seller will see this review and and contact me. I gave the 3 stars just because of the mentioned issue, not for the quality of the product!

I had no expectations of this product working but just thought I'd give it a try as it was inexpensive , it's not a miracle lash growth serum, but the morning after I had tried it I was surprised to find that my eyelashes looked amazing when I applied mascara. It must leave a waxy residue on the lashes that makes them look much thicker and longer - it's an excellent product considering the price. I've not experienced any irritation and it comes off easily with eye makeup remover.

first of all the serum box arrived opened, no seals off any kind. I was already disappointed that the brush has no bristles, it’s a hard plastic thing, I don’t like the feeling of it at all. I expected the product to be like oil but it is a white matte glue that hardens on the lashes and makes them stiff and heavy. I rinsed it immediately and thankfully it came off with warm water. I am NOT putting this stuff on my eyelashes. it definitely feels like glue on the skin. it also makes your lashes white, how can you use it as makeup base??? unfortunately it’s not eligible for return but I’m not even sure this is what it’s supposed to be. went straight in the bin.
